Grund Professional Services brings the practical expertise of Grund Theater into the professional film, television and entertainment industries. We work with production companies, directors, producers, casting teams, writers, actors, performers and entertainment organisations, providing creative development, performance training, directing, dialect coaching, voice-over and production support.
Our work draws on more than 15 years of professional theatre and improvisation practice, combined with extensive experience in television development, acting, directing, screenwriting and performer training.
From developing a scene before it reaches the set to preparing a child actor for camera, coaching a large group of background performers, refining an international actor's dialect or helping a director unlock a difficult performance — we provide practical expertise where a production needs it.

We take seriously what Improvisation is capable of. On stage we challenge audiences and stretch the bounds of what is expected from improvised theatre.
In the community we apply the same principles to create inclusion for the marginalised and to foster communication between disparate groups. We are dedicated to expanding participation and connection using the very simple core principle of “Yes, and…”.
Improvisation encourages listening, attention, adaptability and collaboration. It creates space for curiosity, shared creation and intercultural dialogue.
For us, improvisation is the search for answers — together.
Team
We are a multidisciplinary team with extensive experience in international cooperation, project management, education, facilitation and the arts. Over the years, we have contributed to European projects both as lead partners and consortium members, navigating complex partnerships with confidence and flexibility. We thrive at the intersection of different fields, cultures and perspectives. And because we come from an improvisation background, we are particularly good at collaboration, communication and adapting when plans inevitably change.
